五、在作自我简介时,眼睛千万不要东张西望,四处游离,显得漫不经心的样子,这会给人做事随便、注意力不集中的感觉。眼睛最好要多注视面试考官,但也不能长久注视目不转睛。再就是尽量少加一些手的辅助动作,因为这毕竟不是在作讲演,保持一种得体的姿态也是很重要的。

六、在自我介绍完后不要忘了道声谢谢,有时往往会因此影响考官对你的印象。

对于工厂的库存品,也要多加了解,尽可能地将他们销售出去,并且加强控制和管理,对产品的包装运输过程也都能了解,对日后的工作必定是能有所帮助的。

第三,外贸人员与内销人员的配合。由于一些产品,国内外的需求和季节性上是有所不同的,而且付款方式也都不同,有些时候内销的利润更好,那么就应当少接单;反之亦然。这样就可以加强内销和外贸之间的配合,从总公司的总体利益上考虑配合。

第四,外贸人员经常会和老板接触。因为外销人员是第一手接触公司产品与订单情况的人,更加明白在国际市场上本产品的市场情况,所处地位,而且同行业竞争者的发展状况(包括新开发产品的趋势,新机器的状况,与产品的上中下游的变化和结合,国际市场上未来价格的走向等等)。这些信息都和工厂公司的利益与发展密切相关,是老板制定决策时候的重要参考信息,因此外贸人员也会经常和老板接触,并且所提供的信息也是相当重要的。
