据《今日美国》报道，美国威斯康辛州东部的丰迪拉克县2015-2016年度出具的一份当地公立学校年度调查报告显示，校园霸凌现象仍然是当地的`老大难问题，正引发人们的持续关注。
丰迪拉克地区校园霸凌事件统计情况：
2013-2014年: 50例(小学), 141例(中学), 80例(高中)
2014-2015年: 46例(小学), 150例(中学), 92 例(高中)
2015-2016年: 69例(小学), 92例(中学) , 114例(高中)
从近年数据来看，中学的霸凌现象正在明显减少，然而高中发生率正在逐渐抬头。去年一共有275例校园霸凌事件发生，其中83%均发生在教室里。
报告显示，语言伤害也是霸凌的一种。校园健康和安全协调员玛丽安谢里丹提出，从各个学校收集的数据上看，语言霸凌甚至占据了多数。她已经把这个发现提交给当地的教育委员会。
有些语言暴力如果在20秒内被有力地回击，比如大声说，“住嘴!”或者“滚开”，相同问题可能以后就不再发生，但是这并不适当。最好的办法是向老师、工作人员报告，会有专员对此进行调查。
报道还称，超过66%的男学生和20%的黑人学生有过欺凌同学的经历。这个数据基本反映了全美校园的基本情况。
校园霸凌发生率最高(41%)的报告来自丰迪拉克高中，但丰迪拉克地区71%的学生们认为他们在学校里还是感觉安全的。

小博的惨剧发生在江苏省宿迁市泗洪县。他就读育才中学，在泗洪中学补习，被同校同级的朱某拦下带走，旋即陷入七八名明德中学初中生的围攻，有人使用木棒猛击他头部。事件涉及三家学校，官方称“案件正在侦办;嫌疑人均被抓获归案;调查结果未出。”小博的父亲称，曾听说孩子与朱某有矛盾，但觉得儿子“很少与同学发生争吵，更从未打过架，所以比较放心”。
郑雄的惨剧发生在贵州省毕节市纳雍县，就读当地曙光中学八年级，同学称事发疑因考试期间郑雄未给同学抄袭。警方调查后告知家属，事发因打人学生看不惯郑雄而动手;参与者共13人，均为曙光中学的学生，年龄在十四五岁左右。
也许是社交软件的发达和智能手机的普及，使得更多校园暴力和青少年施暴事件得以记录、曝光、传播。一些学生甚至热衷将殴打同学的画面用手机拍摄，上传网络炫耀。
7月8日，摄自浙江苍南的一段视频被当地疯传，一名初中生在厕所暴打另一初中生1分多钟，网友称“画面太残暴”，该校校长称两人是因网聊时说了不愉快的话。
6月25日，四川南充，涉及三所不同小学、初中的10多名女生在一家医院围墙角落互殴。
去年12月，广东清远，一名初中女生遭到一名女孩带人围住，期间被脱裸体、脚踢下体、口水唾面……
执法者：取证难、难执法，调解为主
男生之间拳脚相加，用烟头烫、用棍棒殴击;女生间扇耳光，扒衣裤，乃至逼迫自扇耳光，吞食粪便避孕套……相关校园霸凌视频在网上泛滥，有些内容连成年人也不忍卒观。究竟是什么原因，让同龄的少年之间如此残酷暴戾?在官方给出最终调查结果前，一般算是个谜。但在一位西安警官眼中，这个谜几乎没有正解。“搞不懂，但对比成年人犯罪的动机，(调查出的)理由让人无法理解。”
上述基层警官在西安城区工作已十余年，辖区内有多所中学，所以处理学龄少年间的暴力事件，他算“老手”。
“娃们家不知道轻重，在网络、书籍、影视中学到的暴力手段，因为一点琐事就在同龄人身上使用;缺乏判断力，有从众心理，被人一叫，就帮着动手，多见群体施暴。这跟成人犯罪有明显区别。成年人除了极端案件，一般琐事引发的冲突，毕竟多少知道个度，知道有法律责任。”这位警官称，家长[微博]和学校对类似事件一般也表现出较高的宽容度，“只要没致残，哪怕侮辱和伤害对受害者影响会很大，但差不多都是私了。因为涉及未成年人，取证难，适用的法律也不健全，我们也没有很好的办法，基本都是调解。”
“这种案子很棘手，对司法机关和我们都是。有社会原因，更多的是立法问题。”一位处理过类似案件的本地律师称，现行《未成年人保护法》和《未成年人预防犯罪法》及相关条例重在阐述未成年保护的原则，而对暴力发生后处理表述却十分模糊。
“导致校园暴力发生后通常无法可依，通常只能以家庭教育或学校教育的方式来处理。”

校园暴力是指发生在学校校园，由老师、同学和校外人员针对学生身体和精神实施的，达到某种严重程度的侵害行为。根据北京市未成年人保护委员会、北京团市委、中国科学院心理研究所历时一年时间进行的调查表明：来自校外人员实施的暴力最多，占76.8%，而来自本校老师和管理人员的侵害只占13.9%。实施校园暴力最多的是校外人员，其次是本校高年级学生，最后是本校老师和管理人员。
根据行为方式的不同，可以将校园暴力简单地分为以下8类：
1.本校或其他学校高年级学生殴打低年级学生;
2.校外青年殴打在校学生;
3.某些学生的家长因为学生之间的纠纷而到学校殴打其他学生;
4.老师体罚或者变相体罚学生;
5.老师侮辱学生的人格尊严，如要求学生当众做出一些有损人格尊严的动作、辱骂学生等;
6.校内外高年级学生以及社会青年抢劫、勒索学生钱财，使学生不但损失钱财，而且心理受到极大伤害;
7.老师以及校内管理人员针对女学生的性侵害;
8.同年级甚至同班同学之间的斗殴。
【原因】
弱小、缺乏制约及其他
关于校园暴力的原因，有各种各样的说法。
首要原因就是因为受害者弱小。为什么在大学校园以及周边地区很少发生针对学生的暴力行为呢?为什么校园暴力的受害者主要是中小学的学生呢?简单来说就是因为大学生具有了足够的抵抗能力，而中小学生在身体上与成年人相比处于明显的劣势，使他们成为暴力行为的首选目标。
其次，根据调查数据，我们知道校园暴力的实施者主要是校外人员，那么对于校外人员的管理以及如何避免他们伤害在校学生就是一个严峻的问题。单纯依靠学校的力量显然不够，学校周边经营场所的管理是工商行政管理部门的职责，而对于避免学生受到严重违法侵害是公安机关不可推卸的职责。可以说，学校周边环境的混乱以及公安机关对于校园周边环境治理不力就成为发生校园暴力的另一主要原因。
第三，社会暴力文化引发了更多的校园暴力行为。近几年来社会暴力文化的泛滥显然成为引发青少年实施校园暴力的一个主要原因。很多电视节目不但宣扬哥儿们义气，而且有过多的殴斗场面，这些场面刺激了青少年争强好胜、动辄暴力的心理，使人生观、价值观尚不成熟的青少年沉溺于通过侵害在校学生来显示自身力量的错误观念当中。这些青少年成为这种暴力文化的直接受害者，而在校学生又成为这种暴力文化的间接受害者。
第四，法律没有被充分认可也导致了校园暴力的频频发生。侵害弱者是人类的天性，而社会道德的演化和法律的完善会制约、弱化这种以强凌弱的人类天性，使人类得以逐渐创造一个和谐、平等的社会。在这一进程中，法律显然因为其国家强制力的保障而具有更强的作用。但对于我们这个由传统计划经济向市场经济过渡的国家来说，普及法律，让社会上的每一个人都认可法律对于现实社会来说还是重大的挑战。很多人还缺少法律观念以及基本的法律知识，包括实施侵害的青少年、老师和受到伤害的学生。而这种社会背景就导致弱小的在校学生成为缺乏制约的暴力行为的受害者。

I do hope everybody can become the backbone of our nation and make great contributions to society! 最后，我希望每个人都能尽努力成为国家的有用人才。我也希望每个人都能成为我们民族的脊梁，为社会做出巨大的贡献! 关于探讨校园霸凌的论文 摘要 近期，有关校园霸凌的新闻经常见诸报端，引起社会各界越来越多的关注，经了解，校园霸凌在每个学校都有，不同的只是形式和程度。作为初中生，我明白这种行为给受凌者带来多大的伤害，但很多时候，学校不明白，家长也不明白，他们只把它当成是校园小霸王的桥段。 一、何为校园霸凌 校园霸凌是指孩子与孩子之间权力不平等的欺凌与压迫，表现为肢体或言语的攻击、人际互动中的抗拒及排挤，也有可能是类似于对身体部位的嘲讽、评论或讥笑。校园霸凌给处于中小学阶段的青少年带来了无法言说的伤害，但在我国，通常会被当作小孩子不懂事而模糊化，但在国外，会受惩罚。 二、校园霸凌的现状 2015年六月份，一起名为“网曝江西永新县女初中生打架”的视频在微博广泛传播。该视频长达5分33秒，视频中一共有6位未成年女生。视频开始，一位身穿黑T恤、背带裤的女生跪在地上，之后被另外5位女生轮流扇耳光，还用脏话辱骂，视频过半，几个女生便用脚踹那个人的背部、前胸、侧面、手臂等多部位。视频三分钟左右，被打女生想起身，就被一个人扯住了头发，接着，又是一阵殴打，扇、踹、砸、打。视频快结束，几个女生打累了，还要求被打女生自扇耳光。之后经过调查，她们是永新县思源学校初中部学生，被打女生是该校学生会成员，在平时学生管理中与几人发生矛盾，于是她们对被打女生心生怨恨。 看了这个视频，我不禁毛骨悚然。只不过是一件很平常的校园日常，结果却发展成为如此恶劣的霸凌事件，我无法想像那个女生那段时间是如何度过的，她的精神该面临多大的恐惧和崩溃。这让我想起我小学时期，班级里的一个现象，那个时候，班里有一位胖胖的女生，到了中高年级时，班级里的很多男生都很歧视她，歧视她的外貌，歧视她的身材，给她取侮辱性的.绰号；在走廊碰到她故作夸张地躲避，连和她接触过的其他女生也被嫌恶心；每个学期排座位时大家都怕与她同桌，不幸与她同桌的男生甚至用眼泪来抗议，最后老师干脆把她安排在女生旁边。看似不痛不痒的经历，对她造成的心理伤害也不是一般人能理解。有段时间她极度自卑，厌学，惧怕来学校。这种校园霸凌行为，虽然不会对她造成严重的肢体伤害，却给她带去了持久性的隐形创伤。 三、校园霸凌产生的原因 1、家庭因素：一个人性格与行为的养成大多受家庭的影响。家庭结构的缺失、家庭教育不科学了、家庭氛围不和谐都会对青少年的人格和成长带来很大的影响。 2、校园文化的影响：据有关调查，青少年有44.4%的困扰来自于学业。个别同学由于课业上屡遭挫折，丧失学习兴趣，行为越来越脱轨，他们根本不在意校规，有时还会受哥们义气等不良风气的影响，逐渐形成校园“亚文化”氛围，导致他们的价值观和主流社会产生很大的偏差。因此，校园霸凌的种子很自然就开始孕育了。 3、不良传媒的误导：随着经济社会和技术的发展，人们的观念发生了巨大的改变，各种形式的媒体也更加发达，其中不良媒体的影响也日趋泛滥。尤其是宣扬迷信、暴力和淫秽等暴力落后的电影、书刊、电视更是层出不穷，网络的急速发展使这些不良文化传播得更快。而青少年的心智大都不太成熟，容易冲动，喜欢模仿。 四、如何抵制校园霸凌事件的发生 因为校园霸凌产生的原因比较复杂，所以，如果想把类似的事件降至最低，也需要家庭教育、学校教育、社会教育和法制教育的通力合作。 1、以前，对于校园以大欺小的现象，家长会告诫孩子忍一忍，或者“打回去”。其实如果霸凌事件不幸发生在自己孩子身上，家长们应该去了解事情的真相，并采用正确的方式解决，如及时与学校和老师沟通，或者向相关部门寻求帮助，而不是一味宽慰孩子不要和同学计较，因为这有可能让孩子误以为会发生霸凌事件是因为自身的问题，让孩子陷入更深的痛苦与自责；也不能教育孩子要以暴制暴，因为这不仅不能解决问题，研究调查还发现，以暴制暴的方式会招致更强烈而持续的霸凌，会使孩子的身心造成更大的伤害，甚至让孩子成为施暴者。 2、学校应该加强青少年的道德教育和法制教育，定期宣传校园暴力的害处，或者开展反霸凌的主题班会，倡导同学间和睦相处。 3、修改未成年人保护法，让未成年人犯罪也会承担相应的责任和处罚，不让保护法成为校园霸凌的保护伞。（摘自百度文库） 小结：对于在校读书的孩子们来说，校园生活是那么美好。但是，在这个看似单纯的环境，有时却隐藏着那么不和谐的部分。要遏制校园霸凌事件，必须德法并举，既要让未成年人知道不恃强凌弱的传统道德的约束，同时，殴打戏虐他人同样也不被法律所允许。只有这样，才能真正让未成年人远离“暴力”，还校园一片净土。 A Clever Hare Billy hare is hungry and finds a radish.
