Good afternoon everyone,

I am honored to stand here and share with you my thoughts on the topic of turning dreams to reality.

We all have dreams, big or small, simple or complex. It can be a dream of becoming a world-class athlete, a successful entrepreneur, a renowned artist, or a loving parent. Dreams fuel our passion and motivate us to work hard, strive for excellence, and push beyond our comfort zone.

However, not all dreams come true. Many of us give up on our dreams or settle for mediocrity because of fear, lack of confidence, or external pressure. Turning dreams into reality requires vision, determination, and action.

Firstly, having a clear vision is essential to achieving our dreams. We need to know what we want, why we want it, and how we will achieve it. A vision acts as a roadmap that guides our actions and helps us stay focused and motivated. It gives us a sense of purpose and direction.

Secondly, determination is key to overcoming obstacles and setbacks. Turning dreams into reality requires perseverance and resilience. We may face challenges, such as failure, rejection, or criticism. However, we should not let these setbacks discourage us. Instead, we should learn from our mistakes, adapt to changes, and keep pushing forward.

Lastly, taking action is critical to achieving our dreams. We cannot simply wish for our dreams to come true, we need to take concrete steps towards them. We need to set goals, develop a plan, and take consistent action. We also need to be proactive and seek opportunities that align with our vision.

When I become a doctor, I will cherish each life regardless of the races, sexes, ages, positions and occupations. I will do every bit to cure the incurable.

I already have a dream in my heart,so I have to make every effort to realize it.As a high school student now,I will seize every chance to study hard,arm myself with knowledge, prepare myself for the future and strive for my dreams. On the night of March 1, the 76th Annual Academy Awards was shown on television. After watching it, I had a dream, a sudden wish, that some day, I could receive an Oscar award, or a nomination, for a movie I've made.

While I was schooling in Australia, my friends from school and I received a n assignment one day, "To make a ten to twenty minute movie on the topic of your choice." At the time, the trend was based around the popular Matrix movie trilogy, so that became our obvious choice.

Because our schedule was very tight, and it was a first time experience, we found it all very hard work, but when we released our production at school, it was worth it. After my friends and I showed the movie, we could not get from one end of the school to the other without getting congratulated about five or six times. We, especially I, were proud. We made a school-wide sensation.

From then on, I became obsessed with how to make movies and how filming is done. I just wanted to know about everyone and everything that has something to do with movies. I would watch a movie four to five times, just to find out how one camera angle, or

special effect was produced. I found everything I watched quite amazing. I sometimes admired directors and producers of these films because the techniques they use are so smart. Their cleverness inspired me to make and act in movies.

When I become little bit older, I would like to attend a movie academy in Beijing or Shanghai, then America, or England, after some training and experience, I would like to make a movie, which will most likely be an action movie, which is my favorite kind of movie to watch.. If I am lucky, I hope I would get an Oscar Award for this movie. I think that would be quite a challenge, but it’s not impossible. For now, it’s back to watching movies over and over again for me!

因此，我学会了实现梦想的必不可少的心态，这将成为我生活中的一种生活方式。

我分为几个心来和大家分享：

第一是积极心，人要有健康的心态，它是阳光心态加上积极心态的总和，积极心态就是面对工作，问题，挫折，挑战和责任，我要从正面去想，从积极的一面去想，积极采取行动，努力去做。在自己的工作岗位上充分发挥自己的优势，以积极的方式感染别人，给别人力量。

第二是责任心，人生生而有责任。有人分析“人”字两笔，一撇一捺，一笔写着权利，一笔写着责任；人的双肩，一肩挑着权利，一肩挑着责任。在我们的生活空间里，每个人都扮演着不同的角色，每个角色都承担着不同的责任。

进入公司参加工作以后，我就要承担起工作的责任，保持强烈的责任心去完成每一项工作，公司和领导下达的每一个任务。此外，家庭责任、社会责任等是我们不可推卸的责任。

第三是学习心，人活到老就要学到老。有句话说得好：“学历代表过去，能力代表现在，学习力代表将来。

”有学习心才有创新。所以在工作中我也在不断的学习，向每一位同事学习，在这段时间的工作中，尤其是从两位助理那里学到了很多很多，不管是为人处事还是业务知识，公司的企业文化等。都要学别人之长，来补自己之短。

有一位重庆市叫陶志明的老人，经过了18年的自学自考，在77岁的时候拿到了大专文凭，他还为自己写了一首题为《咏自考》的诗：“老汉不减昔日狂，二十一年上科场，文凭到手不竭步，终身考试又何妨。”关于成功的故事，关于学习的故事比比皆是。

它告诉我们，没有坚持不懈的进取精神和学习精神，没有毅力和毅力，就没有美好的梦想能够实现。

四是感恩之心。有人指出，不感恩、不理解感恩，将是一代人情感的退化。所以懂得感恩，有一颗感恩的心，你会对遇到的每件事都抱着感恩的态度，这样你才能消除烦恼和怨恨。首先，我要感谢养育我的父母。没有他们，我就没有今天。

now is the time to open the doors of opportunity to all of god's children. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood.

it would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment and to underestimate the determination of the negro. this sweltering summer of the negro's legitimate discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. ni***een sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning.

those who hope that the negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual. there will be neither rest nor tranquility in america until the negro is granted his citizenship rights. the whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.

but there is something that i must say to my people who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice. in the process of gaining our rightful place we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred.

we must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. we must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. again and again we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.

the marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the negro ***munity must not lead us to distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have ***e to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny and their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.
