Good morning everyone, Before my speech, I want to ask one question, what do you eat this morning? Yeah, food is present in our life every time. So today my topic is how do we eat on campus?
1，In China there is an old saying: Bread is the staff of life. The Chinese meaning is 民以食为天。Obviously, it means food plays a decisive role in our daily life, Food safety is a matter of primary importance , The issue is closely related to ordinary people’s health.
2, As we know, The food safety is a serious problem in china, and on campus ,the matter is also exist, and the unhealthy food harm our health everyday. For example, in the morning, you buy a donut ['d?un?t] for breakfast, and likely, the donut is made by drainage oil; and when you hungry you buy kebab, it may be dealed with chemical materials. So even on campus, we also should improve food safety awareness.
3, The unhealthy food seriously harm our body, it can cause different kinds of diseases, from a headache to cancer, This is not a threat, some unhealthy food, Containing various additives. And which give a tremendous threat to us. Some unhealthy food will make us ill, such as diarrhea、stomach ache and other disease of digestive tract. Some food additives use chemical materials to make food looks better, but it will carcinogenic in a long time.
4, Due to food safety is important in our life, so there so many things waiting for the government to do. (问1) First, Strengthening food safety legislation , and use the experiences of developed countries. Strongly punish criminal for food safety. Second, our government should promote food safety knowledge, to rise people’s of self-protection.
5, What is more, as a postgraduate, we also should do more on food safety. First of all, we should learn some essential common sense about safety food, and learn to recognize the unhealthy food by ourselves. ( 问2) second，do not covet petty gain，in normal situation, the food price is stable, when you see a abnormal price, be carefull ! Last, everyone should have awareness of unhealthy food, raise the sense of prevention.
Though the food safety situation is bad, but I still believe through the joint efforts of government and all communities, We finally will eat the security food
食品安全英语演讲稿篇2
Nowadays, unsafe foods can be found, now and then, in the market, which has aroused a lot of public attention. It is reported that these foodstuff ranges from substandard milk powder, dyed steamed buns to pork with lean meat powder.
Fake commodities are harmful in many ways. To begin with, it is a waste of resource, especially in our country. Second, it has bad effect on the reputation of the real manufacturers and brings about moral Crisis.
Above all, all that matters is food. People's health and lives are severely threatened if someone buys some unsafe foodstuff.
Measures should be taken to deal with the problem. On the one hand, strict laws should be passed to punish the producers and the sellers. On the other hand, consumers should be told to distinguish the genuine goods from the false ones. At the same time, the government should strengthen the supervision of all aspects of food.
I firmly believe this problem will be solved in the near future.
一、食品安全的含义有三个层次：
第一层
食品数量安全，即一个国家或地区能够生产民族基本生存所需的膳食需要。要求人们既能买得到又能买得起生存生活所需要的基本食品。
第二层
食品质量安全：指提供的食品在营养，卫生方面满足和保障人群的健康需要，食品质量安全涉及食物的污染、是否有毒，添加剂是否违规超标、标签是否规范等问题，需要在食品受到污染界限之前采取措施，预防食品的污染和遭遇主要危害因素侵袭。
第三层
食品可持续安全：这是从发展角度要求食品的获取需要注重生态环境的良好保护和资源利用的可持续。
二、安全标准
(一)食品相关产品的致病性微生物、农药残留、兽药残留、重金属、污染物质以及其他危害人体健康物质的限量规定。
(二)食品添加剂的品种、使用范围、用量。
(三)专供婴幼儿的主辅食品的营养成分要求。
(四)对于营养有关的标签、标识、说明书的要求。
(五)与食品安全有关的质量要求。
(六)食品检验方法与规程。
(七)其他需要制定为食品安全标准的内容。
(八)食品中所有的添加剂必须详细列出。
(九)食品中禁止使用的非法添加的化学物质。

为了增强学生的口语能力，增进大学生的综合素质发展。同时丰富学生业余生活，外国语学院体育部特举办英语演讲比赛，具体事宜如下：
一、 活动时间：20xx年10月20日
二、 活动地点：图书馆报告厅
三、 活动范围：山东中医药大学全校学生（分为专业组和非专业组）
四、 活动要求：
1. 请宣传部帮忙画板报，标题为“英语演讲比赛”
2. 请文艺部出一位主持人，请信调部帮忙拍照。
3. 请各位干事活动前及时下达通知并且活动当天提前到场。
4. 要求参赛选手在规定时间内完成演讲，演讲内容符合主题，口语清晰流畅，表达意思完整，评委老师综合测定并给予打分。
五、活动方式及流程：
1. 参赛人员及评委老师到场入座。
2. 主持人上场介绍本次活动的评委老师及活动主题。

英语演讲技巧大全
1、演讲要越短越好
英语演讲应该简洁扼要，直截了当。除非特别需要，一般不要采用中文中的那种迂回曲折的表达形式。据有关专家统计，一般人的注意力一次只能集中约13分钟。所以，演讲长度以10～15分钟为宜。
2、多用实词，多用短句，少用结构复杂的长句
在英语演讲中，and, but, so, then等虚词要尽量少用，that, which等词引导的定语从句也只会使句子结构变得复杂，而使听众难以跟上演讲者的思路，从而影响演讲的效果。相反，多使用实词，短句，可使得演讲内容更清晰，气势更磅礴。
3、演讲要注意使用各种修辞手法，增加演讲的感染力和气势
英语演讲中常用的修辞手法有：渐进(cimax)、对照(antithesis)、排比(paraeism)、警句(epigram)等等，例如：That government of the peope, by the peope, for the peope sha not perish from the earth.(排比)这个民有、民治、民享的国家将不会从地球上消失。
4、根据听众对象，注意演讲的总体措词
演讲的总体措词是严肃一些还是活泼一些，是有较明显的说教口气还是用平等的口吻，等等，都要根据听众对象而定。如果场下听众是同龄的学生，那么演讲的内容只要风趣一些往往就能引起共鸣。但另一方面，如果听众大多是上了年纪的教师，太多的笑料反而会被认为“不严肃”，“不尊重”，而引起反感。
用英语演讲，不要用太多I fee, I think，老是用I，显得十分主观，狭隘。如果通篇全是I fee, I think的内容，会给人觉得缺乏说服力。另外，perhaps, maybe这样的词语，虽然有“客气，谦虚”的成分，但太多会让人觉得你演讲的内容有不可靠之处。
还有，在演讲中，要少用you，多用we。用you等于把自己与听众对立起来，而用we则拉近了与听众的距离。比如：You shoud not smoke.听上去像教训人，而et’s not smoke听起来是一个不错的建议。
5、演讲前的准备
准备是搞好演讲的.前提。首先是要确立一个题目或一个话题。一般演讲赛都分为命题演讲和即兴演讲。如要进行演讲比赛则必须对各个方面加以准 备：政治、经济、文化、教育等，找好立意点，拟定题目，如政治方面的演讲主题：WTO、统一、和平与发展、机遇与挑战;经济方面演讲主题：西部大 开发、农村经济、再就业;教育方面演讲方题：中西方教育的不同、远程教育、终身教育;文化方面演讲主题：文化的交流与融合、校园文化;环保方面演讲主题：man and nature;科技方面演讲主题： 网络、克隆、基因;卫生方面演讲主题：keep physicay and mentay heathy;体育方面演讲主题：Oympics……有些方面题目太大，可从多角度和多侧面思考，找好切入点，将题目细化和具体化，写出演讲稿的提纲，构思和组织演讲稿结构。
拟定好话题后的第二步就是演讲材料的收集与整理。其中最好的方法就是有计划地阅读大量的英语原文以及各类英语报刊杂志，阅读是一个循序渐进的过程，同时也是培养英语思维的过程，对提高英语的口头表达能力和书面表达能力是至关重要的。利用有关资源与材料(如图书、报刊、杂志或网 络资源等)收集所需的内容。然后对材料加以整理或进行梳理，舍弃不太重要的内容或用不上的材料，准备写演讲稿。
6、演讲稿的写作
演讲稿首先开头要开门见山，既要一下子抓住听众又要提出你的观点，中间要用各种方法和所准备的材料说明、支持你的论点，感染听众，然后在结尾加强说明论点或得出结论，结束演讲。
演讲稿的写作有严格的要求，就内容而言要主题鲜明，表达完整;就文章组织结构而言要思维清晰，逻辑性强;就语言而言要有感染力、形象生动。 写作时可根据需要有效、正确地使用英语写作方法和技巧，如恰当地运用明喻、暗喻、夸张等各种修辞方法，用词要准确，尽量避免使用生僻、模糊、晦涩的字词。总之，要考虑听众对象，注意演讲的措辞，但又要简明扼要、有理有力、结构紧凑。许多著名的演说家的不朽之作都有振奋人心、扭转乾坤般的力量。从马丁.路德.金的“I have a dream”，美国总统林肯所作的著名的盖茨堡演说，到克林顿在北大的演说，不少句子都成为不朽的佳句，值得认真研读。
7、进行演讲
具备演讲的知识和技巧，演讲稿的完成只是演讲的序幕，要进行成功的演讲则要进行严格的训练。训练时，分析演讲要领，训练演讲技巧和姿势语，观看CCTV杯和爱立信杯等英语演讲的录像，了解并按照比赛评分标准进行严格的模拟训练，观察演讲过程是否具备以下特点：主题鲜明，表达完整(演讲内容);思维清晰，逻辑性强(文章组织结构);感情充沛，富有表现力(演讲气势);发音正确，语音语调标准(英语语音);反应敏捷，回答准确(心理素质);着装整洁，仪态大方等等。
除此之外，还要有良好的心理素质。多进行模拟演讲，有良好的心理素质，才能更好地表现自己，取得演讲的良好效果。有的同学能讲一口地道的美式英语，但由于缺乏良好的心理素质而怯场，甚至在比赛中紧张得说不出话来或有一些不良的举止而被淘汰出局。
有了充分的准备，进行演讲就不太难了。在演讲的整个过程中还要注意一些演讲的要领与技巧，如演讲者与听众目光的接触(eye contact)，声音的抑 扬顿挫(voca variety)，和肢体语言的配合(hand gestures and body anguage)等等，但要恰当，不要太多，否则会喧宾夺主，影响演讲效果。

1 If I Were a Boy Again
If I were a boy again, I would practise perseverance oftener, and never give up a thing because it was hard or inconvenient. If we want light, we must conquer darkness. Perseverance can sometimes equal genius in its results. "There are only two creatures," says a proverb, "who can surmount the pyramids—the eagle and the snail."
If I were a boy again, I would school myself into a habit of attention; 1 would let nothing come between me and the subject in hand. I would remember that a good skater never tries to skate in two directions at once. The habit of attention becomes part of our life, if we begin early enough. I often hear grown-up people say, "I could not fix my attention on the lecture or book, although I wished to do so," and the reason is, the habit was not formed in youth.
If I were to live my life over again, I would pay more attention to the cultivation of the memory. I would strengthen that faculty by every possible means, and on every possible occasion. It takes a little hard work at first to remember things accurately; but memory soon helps itself, and gives very little trouble. It only needs early cultivation to become a power.
If I were a boy again, I would look on the cheerful side. Life is very much like a mirror: if you smile upon it, it smiles back upon you; but if you frown and look doubtful on it, you will get a similar look in return.
Inner sunshine warms not only the heart of the owner, but of all that come in contact with it. "Who shuts love out, in turn shall be shut from love."
If I were a boy again, 1 would school myself to say 'No' oftener. 1 might write pages on the importance of learning very early in life to gain that point where a young boy can stand erect, and decline doing an unworthy act because it is unworthy.
If I were a boy again, I would demand of myself more courtesy towards my companions and friends, and indeed towards strangers as well. The smallest courtesies along the rough roads of life are life the little birds that sing to us all winter long, and make that season of ice and snow more endurable.
Finally, instead of trying hard to be happy, as if that were the sole purpose of life, if I were a boy again, try still harder to make others happy.

假如我再回到童年，我就要养成经常说“不”的习惯。一个少年要能挺得腰杆，拒绝做不值得做的事——就因为它不值得做。我可以写上好几页，谈谈早期培养这一点的重要性。
假如我再回到童年，我会要求自己对待同伴和朋友更有礼貌，而且对陌生人也确实如此。在坎坷的人生道路上，最细小的礼貌犹如在漫长的冬季为我们歌唱的小鸟，使得冰天雪地的严冬变得较易忍受。
最后，假如我再回到童年，我不会竭力为自己谋幸福——似乎那是人生的唯一目标；与之相反，我会更加努力，让他人幸福。
2 Ways of Communication
When you speak, write a letter, or make a telephone call, your words carry a message. People communicate with words. But do you know people also communicate without words? A smile on your face shows you are happy or friendly. Tears in your eyes tell others that you are sad. When you raise your hand in class, the teacher knows you want to say something or ask questions. You shake your head and people know you are saying "No". You nod and people know you are saying "Yes".
Other things can also carry messages. For example, a sign at the bus stop helps you to know which bus to take. A sign on the wall of your school helps you to find the library. Signs on the doors tell you where to go in or out. Have you ever noticed that there are a lot of signs around you and that you receive messages from them all the time?
People can communicate in many other ways. An artist can use his drawings to tell about beautiful mountains, the blue seas and many other things. Books are written to tell you about all the wonderful things in the world and what other people are thinking about.
